Now, let’s see what’s on the menu for their dinner buffet. Start with crisp salads, and tasty appetizers like potato salad and baby octopus, and get creative at the DIY Singapore Fruit Rojak Station. There are seafood options (sushi, sashimi, and seafood on ice), roasted New Zealand beef rib-eye, and baked whole salmon. And the variety doesn’t stop there–From Mediterranean seafood marinara to Moroccan braised lamb shank, there’s a lot to pick from.
Vegetarians also get options like roasted root vegetables and sautéed kailan. Save room for dessert because there’s a tempting array of cakes, local delights like Nonya Kueh, and a selection of ice cream flavors waiting for you.
Some of the memorable moments for us were the roasted beef’s tenderness, the slipper lobster with chili sauce is a must-try (put all those mini fried mantou in there!), ondeh ondeh balls, and the white chocolate-coated strawberries.
